Publications / Creative Projects

  • Super Resolution using CNN: The project involved learning a convolutional neural network that inputs an image of low resolution and outputs a corresponding highresolution image.
  • Training a 3-D Humanoid walk: The project compared the performance of training to humanoid through imitation learning and reinforcement learning. It was a team project and my job were to train the model through reinforcement learning.
  • Raytracing Project: Created own ray tracer on C++ to generate 3-D graphics.

Final Year Project

Project Title

Rehnuma: A Conversational Agent for Women’s Health

Description

The project involves building a chatbot named Rehnuma supported by a web app. Its aim is to provide support to women of Pakistan by providing them with a safe space to talk about issues they face during pregnancy. We are using RASA as a framework to build the chatbot, and the web app is based on angular. I am involved in building the bot’s model. We intend to incorporate context tracking and a fallback mechanism into the chatbot. Although tentative, one deliverable is also to create a smaller subset of chatbots in Urdu. (Group Project)
